Qualification: Automotive SKM level 1 or diploma and above Job Description 1. Documentation & Record Management: Manage filing, documentation, and proper record keeping for AATF operations 2. Data Entry & System Updates: Perform accurate data entry of vehicle and inspection information into the system ensuring all records are completed properly for audit purposes 3. Administrative Support: Assist AATF Operation Supervisor and Vehicle Inspector with daily administrative and data entry task 4. Operational Compliance: Support daily operations to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements 5. Undertake Ad-Hoc Duties As Assigned
Qualification: Automotive SKM level 2 and above or diploma in automotive Job Description 1. Vehicle Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle condition, including interior, exterior, engine compartment, trunk, odometer readings and etc. 2. Damage & Repair Documentation: Identify and record any damage or repairs needed for the frame, paint, engine, AC/heater operation, tires, and other vehicle components 3. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare accurate and complete documentation of overall vehicle condition for recording keeping and regulatory compliance 4. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all inspections and workshop area follow safety, environmental, and operational standards 5. Undertake Ad-Hoc Duties As Assigned
Qualification: Degree in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering Job Description 1. Leadership & Staff Support: Supervise daily workshop operations by guiding team members, conducting regular briefings and training sessions, and evaluating staff performance 2. Planning & Manpower Management: Plan daily workshop schedule while efficiently minimize downtime 3. Compliance to Safety & Quality Control: Ensure overall workplace safety in compliance with AATF government regulations, cleanliness, and proper use of tools and equipment 4. Reporting & Product: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on workshop performance, including job count, productivity, pending tasks, key challenges, and action plans, to management 5. Undertake Ad-Hoc Duties as Assigned
Qualification: Automotive SKM level 1 or diploma and above Job Description 1. Vehicle Disassembly: Dismantle vehicle parts according to instructions and manual (i.e. disconnect batteries, drain fluids and etc). 2. Component Removal: Carefully remove vehicle components such as bumpers, lights, doors, engine parts, interior fittings and etc. 3. Parts Inspection & Categorization: Inspect and sort parts into reusable, damaged, or scrap materials 4. Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company SOPs to prevent accidents and operational risks 5. Workplace Cleanliness & Waste Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials 6. Undertake Ad-Hoc Duties as Assigned
